Pricing FAQ

No—they never expire. Buy as many or as few as you need, and use them whenever.

From £35 you receive 50 documents (70p per document). For comparison purposes only, typical letter postage can be approximately £0.17–£1.00 higher per item than our highest per-document rate, subject to service choice and price changes.

Each document consumes one credit at your plan’s per-document rate. To keep small sends affordable, envelopes with up to 5 documents are capped at £1.50 per envelope. Envelopes with 6–10 documents are capped at £2.00 per envelope.

An envelope is a single send for one transaction with the same parties (e.g., a purchase order sent to the buyer and approver). You can include multiple documents and set a signing order; each recipient gets their own secure link. If documents relate to different people or separate matters, please use separate envelopes. Charging: per-document pricing applies, capped at £1.50 per envelope for up to 5 documents, and £2.00 per envelope for 6–10 documents.

Supporting document requests are included in the workflow at no additional cost. From the document mapping view, you can ask each recipient to upload labelled documents - required or optional - before signing completes.

Identity verification is available as an optional add-on, charged at £1 per recipient per verification. It is enabled per recipient only when you need it, so you only pay for the verifications you actually use. Identity verification is powered by DIDIT and includes ID document checks and a live camera photo.
