* In-envelope charging: for envelopes with up to 5 documents, documents are billed per the plan’s per-document rate but the envelope total is capped at £1.50. For envelopes with 6–10 documents, the envelope total is capped at £2.00. (Standard per-document pricing still applies to calculate the cap.)

Supporting document requests are included in the workflow at no additional cost. From the document mapping view, you can ask each recipient to upload labelled documents - required or optional - before signing completes.
Identity verification is available as an optional add-on, charged at £1 per recipient per verification. It is enabled per recipient only when you need it, so you only pay for the verifications you actually use. Identity verification is powered by DIDIT and includes ID document checks and a live camera photo.
